Augustine Ekamagule resigns as Editor Ika Weekly.

The Editor of Ika Weekly Newspaper, Mr. Augustine Ekamagule, has quit his job in the organisation following his resignation as a staff of the Ika Weekly newspaper establishment.

In a message, the fomer editor said

"I am no more the Editor and a staff of Ika Weekly newspaper. My sincere thanks to the Publisher,Management and Staff of the newspaper for the opportunity to work with them since May,2010.I expressed my profound gratitude to my dear and loving Ika people for the huge support given to me these years.I equally begged for pardon in any area I have offended anyone in the course of discharging my duties as a staff of Ika Weekly.Life is dynamic,we pray for God's continued guidance and protection...... Augustine Ekamagule.."

Reasons for his resignation was not disclosed as at the time of filing this report but we gathered that the Publisher, on receiving the editor's resignation letter, responded by saying "IT IS A WELCOMED DEVELOPMENT".
